70% 60 days before the Check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Free cancellation and 100% refund of paid amounts if canceled more than 60 days before the Check-in date.
- 50% refund of paid amounts if canceled up to 30 days before the Check-in date.
- Date changes allowed, subject to availability, up to 60 days before the Check-in date.
RULES:
* APARTMENTS FOR ADULTS ONLY.
(Guests over 14 years old accompanied are allowed)
Minimum age for the main guest is 40 years.
• Please turn off lights, air conditioners, and televisions when you leave the room or when not in use.
• Close the electric awning when not in use or in case of strong wind.
• It is recommended to use the air conditioner at a temperature not lower than 23ºC.
* The accommodation has Wi-Fi (300 mb fiber) in all areas.
* The smart TV has free apps like NETFLIX, SPOTIFY, PRIME..., with streaming services.
* You can hire extra cleaning (20€/hour) if needed, upon arrival.
• It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags outside.
Please deposit them in the designated containers.
• The apartments are a smoke-free space. Please do not smoke inside; you may smoke on the terrace with caution.
The room's electrical current is alternating, 220 volts. Please do not use equipment that requires a different voltage to avoid overloading the outlet.
• Respect the neighbors' rest during nighttime hours. Parties are not allowed.
* Cleaning and textile change every week.
• Check-out must be done before 11:00h. Please inquire for late check-outs.
